Afternoon Pick-up

  • Lower school (grades K–6): Pick-up begins at 2:45 p.m. Sixth-grade carpool is at 3:25 p.m. on Fridays. Students with an upper school sibling may remain in class until the upper school pick-up time.

Carpool Instructions
Enter the car line by heading eastbound on Moores Mill Road and turning right into campus. Join the carpool line by pulling as far to the right as possible and turning on your hazard lights. All cars must display an Atlanta Classical Academy carpool hangtag on the rearview mirror. Contact transportation@atlantaclassical.org if you did not receive a hangtag.

  • Upper School Student Drivers
Licensed 11th- and 12th-grade student drivers may apply for off-campus parking by contacting Assistant Principal Mr. Nugent at inugent@atlantaclassical.org. A registered bus driver will transport students to and from campus daily.

  • Transportation Changes and Early Dismissal
    • Carpool changes must be submitted by 1 p.m. to transportation@atlantaclassical.org.
    • Upper school students may check themselves in or out with written parent/guardian permission (email required); the cut-off is 2:15 p.m.
    • Lower school students must be checked out by a parent/guardian. With advance notice (email the teacher and the front office), we will do our best to have the student waiting at the front office. Submit early dismissal requests by 8:30 a.m. to attendance@atlantaclassical.org. The cut-off is 2:15 p.m.

Bus transportation changes require a 24-hour notice and should be sent to bustransportation@atlantaclassical.org.

Important Notes
Students may not be checked out after 2:15 p.m. All lower school students not staying for extracurriculars or waiting for a sibling must be picked up by 3:10 p.m.
